Want to cancel/edit your order?
Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. So, if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at hello@rewildshoes.com as soon as possible, because once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.
Having issues with your Rewild item(s)?
We want people to feel supported and happy when they come into contact with our brand. That’s why we want to hear from you whenever you’re having issues with your Rewild items.
As soon as you notice an issue with your item(s), there's no need to return the item(s). Just send some images/ videos to hello@rewildshoes.com showing us the problem and we’ll do our best to assist you. We take pride in making this process as easy as possible for you!
Note: Please, make sure to contact us and send us images/videos within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any requests after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.
Would you like to receive your money back?
We’d be very sorry to hear that our Rewild items are not meeting your expectations. In such cases, please contact us at hello@rewildshoes.com and show us some images/videos of what the issue is with the item(s) you’ve received.
We would like to understand why you’re not satisfied so that we can improve our items and overall service next time!
Once we approve, we will process the refund immediately.
Please note that the refund may take up to 30 days to be credited to your card for the Debit/Credit card payment or 3–5 business days for PayPal payment.

We would like to reduce the number of returns because we’re aware of the significant negative impact that they have on the environment: extra materials are used for repackaging; the additional transportation burns more fuel, increases carbon dioxide emissions, and landfill waste is increasing.

While we commit to undertake the delivery of all products ordered on our store, all deliveries of products are completed in your name and on your behalf. All products shall be declared for customs purposes in the country of delivery as personal items imported by you. We make every effort to ensure the efficient and seamless local import and delivery of products on your behalf. Any issues that may arise with clearing of goods in your country or final local delivery may require you to take certain actions or pay certain additional costs (such as customs, VAT, etc.) in order to receive the final delivery of the goods.
